- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
- Bookings between 21 December and 03 January are strictly non-refundable.

- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Ocean Palms Goa reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove guests whose behaviour:
- Causes disturbance to other guests
- Damages hotel property
- Violates applicable laws
